Our pneumatic conveying system  is primarily used for conveying of rice husk in rice mills from the dehusker machine to the open yard or boiler dump area for storage. It is extremely useful and economical over long distance conveying with bends at various points. The husk is generally conveyed in a 4" Dia. pipeline to 10" pipeline. The major benfit is that the material can be conveyed vertically upto 150 feet easily.

The Conveying basically fits under the discharge side of the dehusker. The rice husk falls into the specially designed hopper by gravity and goes through the rotary airlock valve [RAV]. This is an air tight equipment which force feeds the material into the conveying line avoiding the back pressure situation.

The capacity of the plant varies from 0.5 tph to 10 tph. This system is used basically over the belt conveyor in those situations where installation of belt conveyor becomes a costly affair. The system is maintenance free as all the plant is made from special anti abrasion steel for maximum benefit and minimum wear and tear.

The Conveying can also be installed  which is the old design in rice plants. The delivery of the system is between 4- 6 weeks depending on the quantity.

The USP of the system is that it reduces production loss to the minimum.
